Food Pyramids

Harvard Healthy Eating Pyramid

The Harvard Healthy Eating Pyramid emphasizes plant-based eating for staying healthy and to maintain a healthy weight. They stress the importance of eating more from the bottom of the pyramid with foods such as vegetables, whole-grains, seeds and nuts. Fats should be healthy fats coming mostly from plant products like olive, canola, and peanuts.
