Beans, grains, and nuts are the backbone of the Latino diet. Its plant-based diet and emphasize in eating more items from the bottom of the pyramid is also a consistent pattern from other diet pyramids. Try adding some spices with your mixed nuts or peanuts for a little kick and fuego!
