Vegitarian Food Pyramid
Vegetarians and vegans are in high need of protein. Beans, nuts, and seeds are a great source of protein and B-vitamins that are commonly deficient among the vegetarian population. These nuts and seeds also help give the feeling of fullness and satiety throughout the day.
