Healthy Peanut Snack Mix
- 12 ounces dried apricots, chopped
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 2 cups unsalted, roasted peanuts
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup banana chips
- 1 cup dried pineapple, coarsely chopped
Mix all ingredients and store in an air-tight container.
